      Pros

      I joined as a student intern around 9 months ago and recently transitioned to a full time role. It has been a great learning experience with opportunities to work on real production systems and hands-on AI projects. The team is supportive, seniors are approachable, and there's a strong culture of learning. I also appreciated the flexible work schedule, which made it easier to balance my college commitments. Even as an intern, I was trusted with meaningful work, and the positive, collaborative culture and regular recognition made it an enjoyable place to grow.

      Cons

      Nothing significant to mention. Like any growing organization, there's always room for improvement, but my overall experience has been very positive.
