      Started as an intern through the NextGen Student Program and recently transitioned to a full-time Associate Software Engineer role. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on real-world projects, which provided valuable hands-on experience and accelerated my learning. I received great support from mentors and teammates, and the collaborative work environment made it easy to learn and grow. With a strong focus on continuous learning and employee development, it is an excellent place for fresh graduates to begin their careers.
