1. Good Tech Stack. 2. Good Hike. 3. Good problems to solves. 4. Good company for the people who are willing to work for long hours.

Cons

1. No work Life balance at all. 2. People who drives the project like Architects, sr specialist making things unnecessary complicated . 3. No clean code, agaile, CICD practice. 4. Very Strict deadlines. 5. Service based industry work culture even it is a product based company
