finding good staff can be difficult

When staff suddenly quits you will get hours, probably more than you wanted.

Unstable work environment as people often leave with no advance warning. Poor compensation, few if any benefits, professional staff is constantly leaving as they are overworked and not adequately compensated. If this company wants to remain in business they need to treat their employees much better. A HR professional told direct care staff "We can hire people off the streets to work cheaper than you" when they asked for a raise after 8-9 long years with no pay raise.
