Pros

The consumers are amazing and appreciate good staff when they get them. Guaranteed hours!

Cons

The office staff has no respect for the DSP workers or PC workers who do direct care for consumers in the homes the company owns. They want staff to pick up shifts all the time with no incentive as they are short staffed do to lack of pay and respect from the higher up. The owner only cares about getting rich off this company and doesn't care about the consumers or employees. I've seen consumers get lied to and shifted around as if they have no feelings and even seen them get charged extra for rent due to "fees" if the office staff doesn't do their paperwork on time (how convenient for the owners pockets right) This is the most thankless job ever and the only reason worth working their is to ensure good care to the poor consumers. They do not give raises and "forget" to add hire on bonus to paycheck on occasion so you have to keep on them and watch your pay check to ensure you recieved it. They want you to eat with the consumers but the budget allowed for food is so tight that you eat cheap meals that are not healthy as healthy is to expensive for the allowed budget. Good staff doesn't stay because of all these sad and unfortunate facts and the training they provide is not training at all, you either sink or swim basically. I don't see this company floating much longer if they don't make some serious changes and I'm really surprised the state hasn't investigated them and closed them down. Lots of gossip in this company as well that keeps a wedge between staff that is not professional in any way!
