Change isn’t always comfortable, but it’s clear the company is taking steps to right past wrongs, they're now aligning 17 business units and, rather than allowing business leaders to do their own thing, they're all on the same path forward. This is helping build a stronger, more unified future. Leadership has become more transparent and focused, and there’s genuine effort to align the organization under a shared vision. What truly stands out here are the people. The employees are dedicated, collaborative, and genuinely invested in doing good work for our customers. Even during times of transition, there’s a sense of camaraderie and resilience that keeps things moving forward.
