Clean friendly environment to work in. The work isn't too hard and they put in real effort to make sure you are trained for what you are doing.

Cons

After preforming a job well for several years, They decided they would rather let all their American based employees, below supervisor status, go to give their jobs to Columbian based employees to save money.
