Pros
I liked the work and most of my coworkers. Management were understanding about family obligations. Building was remote but close to highway. A decent amount of opportunities for professional development if you chased them. A fair amount of employee activities, but not enough that they were annoying.
Cons
Office is all cubicles and there are no windows in the main area, only in the executive offices. Pay is not competitive and below market value. Benefits were reduced every year with higher costs. Upper Management seemed unconcerned with connecting with employees. Not enough forethought for long term planning in some departments. Often felt like we were chasing our tails.
