Pay is awful given the amount of work done Favoritism given management positions to those that don’t deserve it Most work pawned on to the hourly employees Moved from team to team with no rhyme or reason Turnover No flexibility and ridiculous rules implemented. If you don’t give 24 hours notice of being sick, in other words, see the future, it counts against you. Dr notes don’t excuse it either. On call Unreasonable expectations for such little pay
