Executive Management doesn’t care about employees - Anonymous employee Odyssey Logistics & Technology Employee Review

1) High turnover rate for entry level positions 2) Low hiring standards contribute to high turnover rate 3) No longer allow remote work and require you to be in office every day. HR performs daily checks essentially treating their employees like an infant that needs to be baby sat. Zero discussion/input from executive management prior to these changes. Changes were rolled out in a draconian style and there has been zero willingness to listen or care about their employees feedback. 4) Annual pay increases have been frozen for over 2 years now 5) It seems as though executive management is trying to push people away from the company.
