Not what it used to be - Logistics Coordinator Odyssey Logistics & Technology Employee Review

Odyssey isn't what it used to be. I used to really enjoy my job, but not so much now. Our new CEO has taken the company back to the 90s. We're no longer allowed to work remotely. We're made to leave early, if we have a few minutes of overtime - this adds addition strain to our Afterhours support. Very, very little retention for veteran employees and the new employees don't stay long.
