Pros

Great stepping stone to advance my career. Start-up management was great but gradually declined drastically.

Cons

Managers and IT are paid well; however, Operations and lower-levels pay rates were under the competitors. I stayed because I'm loyal--but they laid the start-up crew off and hired even cheaper labor.

Mid level management tries to ensure their staff are supported and successful.

Cons

Owned by private equity. Executive leadership is lacking in the ability to generate new revenue and creating business plans to address the challenges they face.
