Pros
People are generally nice. Those that have been there forever do not want to change their way of working, even when it is more efficient. If you engage in a non-work conversation, though, they are nice. This is a company you go work for to gain experience or if you’re unemployed and need something to hold you over. Work/life balance: people clock out at 5… on the dot.
Cons
They do not pay accordingly. Sure, some positions do not demand much and so the pay might be fine. But other positions that do have a higher demand, or employed that go above and beyond, are not compensated appropriately. That being said, they have invested in growing the company and their infrastructure (with little thought or planning at some point). In short, it’s a cheap company that does not value or reward employees for their work - and so most people do the bare minimum.
