Pros

The team environment is amazing. Management cares about employees success and work life balance. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. This is my happy place and I cannot imagine ever leaving a company that cares so much about their employees. Management tries very hard to be accommodating to scheduling needs and training opportunities. It is just a happy place to be. People who work here want to come in and do a great job as a result of the positive culture.

Pros

-Decent work culture with most people being friendly -Benefits were decent - internal hiring for other departments and training on the regular, the main trainer was a nice person - could joke around with most people and have fun.

Cons

- pay was not great, even raises were minimum. - HR personnel not helpful nosy at best(one of them was actually a decent person) - the annual reviews are a joke. - don’t go to corporate you’ll feel burnt out after awhile.
