Business Outlook
Pros
Weekends off like schedule set M-F 9-5 depends on branch location some open until 6pm. Medical insurance pretty decent not expensive. Always upgrading systems to stay up to date. Love some of the nice members.
Cons
Bonus not good you have to harass member to use their account or no money for you. Overall company is changing slowly being to demanding with no raises. Good first job to get the experience because you don't get paid much. Not able to move up course unless you are a favorite or know the right person. Very small only in NV company not a lot of positions open up.
