Better customer service so borrowers don't keep coming in because you can't close a loan in less than three months and

Cons

Not enough PTO only two weeks including sick time.Mortgage Processors NEVER answer their phone. They don't care about the customers. Just keeping in touch with the borrowers would benefit them greatly. But instead they are looking at their cell phones all day instead of working. Keep this up and you will lose all of your business, little by little but it will happen. Word spreads fast.

Great co-workers, but boring work.

Pros

Benefits, set schedule, full time is 40 hours a week, great sense of community, strong relationships with the regular members.

Cons

Constant policy changes, too many meetings that don't cover really anything new, too much focus on sales quantity not quality, very easy, mindless work, no challenge, almost no opportunity for growth, pay is not great.

Pros

On the outside looking in they are really great at promoting teamwork within the company. They have really fun events etc to get the whole company together. If you work at the branch you’re fine but going to corporate will be a mistake. The training programs are the best and provide a lot of support and knowledge, you can learn a lot.

Cons

A pizza party does not make up for the lack of raises. The cool kids club attitude is played out, meaning we know who the people that are important to the executives get better treatment. Don’t tell anyone your business even something medical to HR or the VP/AVP will tell everyone who asks. There’s so much drama when there doesn’t have to be.
