Working for a company that allows me to have most holidays and weekends off would allow me time to spend with my family.

Cons

Working for this company for many years and still did not feel like I was part of the team—a lot of favoritism.

Pros

-Decent work culture with most people being friendly -Benefits were decent - internal hiring for other departments and training on the regular, the main trainer was a nice person - could joke around with most people and have fun.

Cons

- pay was not great, even raises were minimum. - HR personnel not helpful nosy at best(one of them was actually a decent person) - the annual reviews are a joke. - don’t go to corporate you’ll feel burnt out after awhile.
