Regular Communication from senior management about the company's goals and direction. Openness to new ideas and suggestions Low stress work environment Remote work allowed Team building and appreciation for your work

Cons

Salaries could be higher, but semi-annual bonuses help make up for some of it. Location of corporate headquarters is in an older part of town on East side.

Pros

-Decent work culture with most people being friendly -Benefits were decent - internal hiring for other departments and training on the regular, the main trainer was a nice person - could joke around with most people and have fun.

Cons

- pay was not great, even raises were minimum. - HR personnel not helpful nosy at best(one of them was actually a decent person) - the annual reviews are a joke. - don’t go to corporate you’ll feel burnt out after awhile.
