Flexi Time, Friendly Working Atmosphere, Made To Feel Like Part Of The Team, Not Rushed Off Your Feet, Good Room For Movement Internally, Management tend to hear you out , some people were let go recently and some have left , it is easily one of the best places I have ever worked , I have worked in environments where the minute you come in the door to when you leave you are on the job. At Optel you have a chance to think about work and to grab a coffee.
Cons
Getting up to speed on the technology can be a challenge and also the uphill struggle with software changing very often is hard .
