CEO is delusional, this place is run like a cult, if one offers a differing opinion or tries to improve on any aspect of the business you are persona non grata. CEO lacks any quality of a leader and distrusts his entire team apart from his right hand VP Customer experience - unfortunately she lacks competence and is the epitome of a yes man/woman. They will only appointment completely incompetent people as their lack of business acumen and experience makes them highly fearful and leaves them feeling inadequate. They will drive this business straight to the bottom. Its quite humorous as long as you are not employed by them. The entire management structure in Quebec is incompetent, does not have the experience or competency necessary for their roles. Many people in Optel/Quebec have never worked anywhere else and it becomes abundantly clear that this business is absolutely unsustainable. Total disregard for their employees and the "save the world" mantra is a complete farce. The culture is toxic and any person with talent has run for the doors, there is a mass exodus underway. **This should not be a reflection of the offices in Ireland and Brazil as the teams there are capable but will suffer under Quebec management. Stay far away from this company as it crumbles, they will ruin your career.
