Narcissistic CEO who only surrounds himself with yes people. The entire North American sales team left as a whole - Every leader has left the company Not sure how long Optel can stay afloat. The outright lie from leadership is that they care about the people, this could not be further from the truth, the only thing that matters is the ego of the CEO. The next big lie is the commitment to a B Corp, nothing more than marketing, the CEO does not want to save the earth he only cares about himself.

It could seen like this. I am the owner and CEO of OPTEL. From the inception of OPTEL I made a promess to the children of the world to contribute as much as I can to build a sustainable world for them. So I decided that all profit from OPTEL will be dedicated to this mission, not a dime for me. This is my decision and my way of life, feel free to disagree and judge me as you wish. Some people deserted OPTEL in US when we prioritized Climate Changes/Natural Resources and that we will redirect most of our investment toward this. When environmental protection get political, this is the type of reaction you expect. It is sad to see that polarization in US. NOTE: I will sell the asset when I will loose all hope in Humanity.

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. In fact, I don't run the company, it is operated by a strong VP and directors level. I am a visionary, not an operator, but I can get hand's on for a while as I am great in finding solutions. Never hire me as a General Manager !! After 35 years leading OPTEL, I know my strength and weakness. To explain the up-down, see answer to other comments... I am very strong and confident on the vision I build.. that what drive me every morning, that why I have invested over $80M in preparing the future that is kicking off now! I love what I do and I love the team I am working with. Let's go, work together to achieve great things.. and accept to fail from time to time..
