This company is all about being ethical with its employees and customers. They have all the pieces in place to grow. The work makes sense and they do their best to help anyone and everyone. If you want to find a company you can work at for years to come, PDS is a place to stay. They could right now let go of about 5 to 6 people, but instead are trying to retrain them and keep their employees.
