Pros
401K, insurance benefits, paid time off, room for growth (however the pay is sub-par) & quarterly employee outings.
Cons
Very low pay for the amount of work that's being expected on both the clinical and admin sides of things. Customer care has diminished over the years. PTs are forced to get as many patients as possible on their schedule rather than providing them with quality care. PTs have 5+ Patients all at once while an Aide is walking them through their exercises. The CEO is so worried about the expansion of the company rather than the internal growth, that just about every office is understaffed, understaffed office means over worked employees, overworked employees means unhappy employees. Aside from the excessive amount of micromanagement, the workload can get overwhelming; while you're trying to get one thing done they're bombarding you with emails to get something else done or questioning your progress with your current task. The list can go on, but by now I'm sure the point has gotten across.
