Makes me sick giving one star - Anonymous employee Puttshack Employee Review

I can’t stomach their values which says they care deeply about staff. More like they care deeply about guest’s money and treat staff horribly by giving them mental health issues. They encourage you to speak up but if you do, you’ll be damned or either nothing will be done. HR, “upper management” doesn’t know what they’re doing. I remember a colleague has informed us that their head office was asking staff to give out positive reviews on Indeed and other job platforms in exchange for a free game of golf. We were all chuckling thinking how sht of a show that was and just a desperate move.
