Good pay, Easy Job, Terrible management - Game Ambassador Puttshack Employee Review

Job was boring in the week because its not popular so they just have you stand around or clean or they send you home Management is terrible and they do not know how to communicate well or problem solve. I was told that “we are parting ways” because I made a “wrong” decision by telling them the environment was becoming unsafe and I would have to leave if the problem is not solved. So they do not care about their workers even though weeks leading up to this moment, I was repeatedly told by a manager that they were happy to have me there. They lie and feed you false promises but they do not care about you after you start working there!
