Relationship >>>>> Professionalism. It's always under-staff or over-staff. When they over-staff, they'll cut your hours as they want. When they under-staff, people are overworked. Always business over people. One coworker quit after the manager wouldn't let her go even when she's feeling unwell. Just want to clarify not all of the managers are like that, but there's definitely a culture there.
