- Really transparent company, as an employee you are never guessing what decisions the company is doing - Career path is defined and criteria are defined and objective, growing within the company is not a political game - CARES ABOUT EMPLOYEES (this is a big one for me) through actions such as employee-friendly policies and no nickel-and-diming - No micromanagement if you get your work done - Company culture of trust - Remote-first
Cons
- As any startup, work can be fast paced - Team can be too busy to help out so you might be left stuck and unsure what to do when first starting (might be team-dependent) - Sometimes it seems like teams work in silos as company rapport needs to be built a little better (its a remote-first company so this problem can naturally come with it)
