      Cons

      Highly influenced by folks who have been there for a long time. Therefore it’s a bubble. Too much focus on Lean introduced by expensive management consultants.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits were appealing to me.

      Cons

      Executive management seemed reptilian and apathetic. RES Services senior management did not acknowledge my existence or work product. I compare the job with RES Services to a rodeo bull ride. I tried to hang on as long as I could but the psychological pain was too extreme and eventually I got thrown off into the dirt.
