Pros
Great coworkers who were always willing to lend a hand (or an ear - I was employed in the transcription area). Some superfluous appreciation from management that never seemed truly sincere on the part of my 2 immediate supervisors. I would have to say that making friends with some of my coworkers and learning from them was the best part of working for this company.
Cons
No raises in over 5 years for many of us. Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs - with no end in sight. We worked hard in transcription, and our thanks for it was to get let go. For example, one of my coworkers who worked from home for this company for 40 years was laid off OVER THE PHONE - if that isn't one of the worst things to do to someone who worked that long for you, then I don't know what is.
