Cons

This company milks it's employees for all they have they don't provide work life balance they don't pay enough for all the bs you deal with all day long from management and patients they don't give medical accomodations even with medical documentation they HARRASS you if you request workers comp for an on the job injury and bully you after that point to get you to quit and if you don't quit they will use any ANY ANY TACTICS EVEN IF ILLEGAL TO GET YOU TO QUIT AND WILL GASLIGHT YOU AND HARRASS YOU WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE THIS COMPANY ISNT WORTH OF ANYTHING DONT RUIN YOUR LIFE WORKING THERE THEY ARE NOT PARENT FRIENDLY THEY WILL NOT TRAIN YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BUT WILL EXPECT YOU TO KNOW IT AND WILL DISCIPLINE YOU FOR NOT KNOWING IT. ON TOP OF THAT YOU WILL WORK FOR MULTIPLE STATES AND THE CLIENTS ARE ALL BONKERS IF YOU GOT THE WORST OF HUMANITY THOSE WILL BE THE PEOPLE WHO YOU WORK WITH ALL DAY LONG , THE SUPERVISORS ARE SLAVES AND THE MANAGERS OVER THEM ARE RING MASTERS WITH A CHOKEHOLD ON THE MANAGERS NECK. SIMILAR TO USPS BUT AT LEAST USPS VERBALIZES THE ABUSIVENESS INSTEAD OF THE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BULLYING AND GASLIGHTING BS THAT THIS COMPANY DOES. Expect to have NO HUMAN RIGHTS ON THIS JOB NO MATTER YOUR BACKGROUND.

Pros

I have best coworkers. Everyone help each other and look out for one another.

Cons

The job itself is not difficult to learn or perform. The biggest challenge is the management. There is a clear need for stronger leadership and people-management skills. Although management frequently emphasizes the importance of using time wisely, they often do the opposite by spending excessive amounts of time talking in circles about situations that have already happened instead of focusing on resolving the issue. Rather than addressing the root cause and working toward a solution, discussions can become unnecessarily prolonged and repetitive. While it is appropriate to address recurring mistakes, isolated errors are often dwelled on far longer than necessary instead of being treated as learning opportunities and moving on. Feedback also tends to come across as condescending rather than constructive, creating an unnecessarily stressful work environment. Compensation is already below what many employees could earn elsewhere, so strong leadership and a positive workplace culture become even more important. When pay is not particularly competitive, employees are more likely to stay because they feel respected, supported, and valued. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Improving leadership, communication, and focusing on solutions rather than prolonged criticism would make a significant difference in employee morale and retention.
