Management/leadership has turned into an absolute tyranny. No sense of proper communication and respect towards staff and treat us like bodies to do the brunt work to make more money. Mental deterioration has occurred exponentially within multiple departments and teams. Many people have left as a result of this. Our patients have been affected and their quality of care has been affected because of the lack of regard for more numbers than humanity towards our patients. This company has questionable origins and morals as well. They promote against uniting staff and keeping staff down like ants. They try to brainwash and promote a type of mentality and that should go against all provider's values.
