Lower Management was good Work wasn't difficult
Cons
Corporate leadership horridly out of touch with the conditions in the call centers. Often was not allowed to do the job I was hired for, instead was handling sales or claim intake calls. Corporate mismanaged resources and would chip away at what little comforts employees had.
