Pros

The group of people I worked with were extremely knowledgeable in several different areas of IT, they were always ready to help in any way they could. My manager was awesome, he helped me learn new things daily and was always very understanding when I came up short. He was always in the trenches with us, he never pawned off work on us that he could do himself.

Cons

Low pay, and poor benefits. I paid about 1000 dollars a month in insurance, which was very painful on a low salary, and it wasn't good insurance. Some of my coworker's also made less money than I did although they had been in the position longer than I had.

Beyond the workplace, Senture is deeply involved in the community through initiatives like toy drives, back-to-school drives, and partnerships with organizations such as Make-A-Wish. Overall, Senture is a great place to work with a strong culture, meaningful recognition programs, and a genuine commitment to both employees and the community.
