Pros
SimpliSafe is an awesome place to work. Every kind of person works here: comic book nerds, jocks, introverts, extroverts. And they all get along. The best perks: • Unlimited time off • Beer Fridays and rockin employee parties • Super generous health insurance/dental/vision plan • Great location in downtown Boston • Free home security system
Cons
The open office environment can get a bit loud and it can be hard to think. Departments can be a tad cliquey, but the divide isn't too crazy. Biggest downside—no 401k. But the bonuses almost make up for it.
