-Regular Schedule, although you may not always work the Monday-Friday you will always have the same 9-6 (or whichever shift your work) - Pretty casual work environment and extremely open minded. LGBTQ friendly. Come as you are. -A lot of growth potential in the company. If you are putting in the work you can become a supervisor or a lead or HR. One HR member, Peter, was promoted 3 times in his first year. - Pretty decent starting pay. - Unlimited Overtime - Inexpensive benefits (blue cross blue shield, delta dental, and vision) -401k - Customer service appreciation week - 2 Company events per year and they are awesome. - Company pays for team building outings.
