I went through a staffing agency & all I mentioned is I wanted to work with a company that has integrity & that truly cares about their customers. I was blow away on how much SimpliSafe prides themselves in having those characteristics. Major Keys 🔑 : Empathy, customer service, support from co-works and supervisors/higher ups, integrity to the max, positive environment, and just overall awesome!

Cons

It sounds cheesy but there aren't any. If you are a person that takes pride and responsibility in your work no matter what it is, you'll do amazing here. If you are just looking for a paycheck I doubt you'll like your job or last long but any cons just depend on the worker but this company is definitely one of the best to work for.

Great teammates, very collaborative. It’s clear everyone here believes in the mission. Competitive salary

Cons

New leadership is rudderless. Flailing and constantly making changes to leaders. No more long term incentive plan for managers and lower. It feels like they’ve been figuring out things as they go since the acquisition by GTCR. Low opportunity for advancement.
