They literally hire anyone from the streets as long as they can answer a phone. Management will try and promote their friends, an example is I worked there for 2 years while I hear someone got there buddy promoted after 5months of working and they don't even know what they should. When switching to a new team your past scores and reviews are not acknowledged. Training is awful, when ever new hires come on the floor they never know anything and many more issues from that.
