Pros
Free beer on Fridays; Office is in a central location in downtown Boston; If you end up on the right team the culture can be fun. It's okay for a starter job but that's it.
Cons
I picked up a lot of the slack for my supervisor managing the team day to day and disciplining the team, causing a lot of unneeded stress; Squad leaders and permit department were absolutely terrible at giving answers in a timely manner when customers were on the line during escalations. As a final note, ladies, be careful - I had a former supervisor direct very inappropriate comments towards me continuously and when someone told HR about the situation, it was never properly addressed. All in all I would not recommend working here if you are looking for an employer who has your back.
