Pros
A great place to build, broaden & sharpen your skillset(s): with strong leadership including mentorship, process implementation opportunities, compensation structure, and collaborative & flexible work environment. We continue to function as a family while moving towards a hyper-growth scale in that of a larger company.
Cons
None at this time. My best advice here is to be aware that we still operate as somewhat of a "start-up" would. This can be seen as an advantage considering we're financially secure, but is a shift to be mindful of when making a change from a larger company (>5000) as I did.
