Pros

It’s a job, so if you are desperate I’d definitely recommend till you fibs something better

Cons

Company treats workers as though they are disposable. Lack of communication between management as well as between management and their employees. No one knows how to do their job correctly. Before covid they had a rampant bed bug issue that was not taken care of. They do not care about your health or what may be going on outside of the job. There is a lack of training and they will replace you within a blink of an eye.

Pros

Great teammates, very collaborative. It’s clear everyone here believes in the mission. Competitive salary

Cons

New leadership is rudderless. Flailing and constantly making changes to leaders. No more long term incentive plan for managers and lower. It feels like they’ve been figuring out things as they go since the acquisition by GTCR. Low opportunity for advancement.
