The pay was not bad at alll and coworkers are friendly. Customer’s are kind and have amazing attitudes which made the job pleasant

Cons

The leads will blame any technical difficulties on you and will act as if they are helping to resolve the issue but will not help. You rarely get a chance to breathe so don’t ask about a break

Great teammates, very collaborative. It’s clear everyone here believes in the mission. Competitive salary

Cons

New leadership is rudderless. Flailing and constantly making changes to leaders. No more long term incentive plan for managers and lower. It feels like they’ve been figuring out things as they go since the acquisition by GTCR. Low opportunity for advancement.
