The managers are awful. They promote technical employees to management positions and they have no clue what they are doing. Promotions are at the whim of middle management. They don't follow their own guideline for promotions, becomes a subjective game of favorites. It is no Startup anymore. No say on what projects you work on its decided by middle management. Charging for Swag - seriously? No stock options. Engineering needs to learn how to plan and schedule resources for projects. Stop launching late.
