I can't think of enough cons about this place - it's absolute chaos all the time - so disorganized,
constantly understaffed.
They love to say "no ego" but then when it comes down to asking a senior employee to follow a pretty basic procedure, upper management will tell you that employee gets special treatment.
Pay is mediocre and they refuse to hire extra people to help with the workload. They're investing insane amounts of money in new buildings and vanity management positions but don't compensate their workers fairly for the amount of time and stress they put in. They're used to hiring eager kids right out of college and paying them next to nothing to work long hours for the experience, but now that they are a large company hiring more senior employees in roles, it's clear that they don't know how to work with more experienced employees. Upper management is so detached from the regular workforce.
They grew way too fast and didn't hire enough day-to-day positions to keep up with the rapidly increasing business.
they put on a good show and advertise things like hybrid remote work, flexible hours and unlimited PTO but in reality people are working extremely long hours just to keep up and management comes down on staff for not getting stuff done even when folks are working constantly. Turnover is so high because people just can't keep putting up with the chaos and long hours.
This is a truly terrible place to work, a wolf in sheep's clothing. I do not recommend working here.
Run far away.
