I want to respond to a few of your comments, as they’re not aligned with the culture we’re proud to have built at SimpliSafe. First and foremost, please reach out to me directly--I’m disappointed to hear how you feel about working here, and I’d like to see how we can address your concerns and better support you. On two of your comments: one of the things I’m most proud of in terms of our SimpliSafe culture is the progress we’ve made from a DEI perspective. We’ve come a long way in the past year alone - launching Employee Resource Groups, building a roadmap to create meaningful change, and celebrating who our employees are as people. Even with the best of intentions, there have been times when we’ve misstepped or not gotten it all right, but we don’t shy away from those tough conversations. We’re grateful to have a culture where people come forward, share their perspectives and where we can have a healthy dialogue because we take accountability for our actions. The other thing I’m proud of is the progress we’ve made in terms of our investment in employees’ development and growth. As our company grows, so do our people. We’ve rolled out a new annual performance cycle that has employees setting and discussing personal development goals regularly. We’ve also launched a new manager training series, offer tuition reimbursement and have plans to invest in other development tools in this new fiscal year. And we're committed to posting new positions to our internal job board. We see this in our internal mobility results with about 25% of our tenured employees promoted or transferred into a new job last year.
