Pros
Very friendly environment, 10 days of PTO, unlimited overtime hours at time and a half, full benefits, convenient location, accommodating with schedules
Cons
Very low pay, very rude and needy customers, the job is very boring and very repetitive, high turn-over rate, some opportunity to move up to higher positions, but doesn't come with an adequate increase in pay and expect you to work a lot of overtime. The schedule varies as the office is open 7 days a week from 9am-6pm
