Pros

The company tries to treat employees well. Decent benefits. Decent work environment.

Cons

Inconsistent in-office policy. Some people are allowed to work remotely while most are force to go to the office at least twice a month. The promised exceptions for long distance or time were not honored. The return to work policy is not documented and the company changes it at will. Frequent reorganizations shows a company struggling to get out new products.

Great teammates, very collaborative. It’s clear everyone here believes in the mission. Competitive salary

Cons

New leadership is rudderless. Flailing and constantly making changes to leaders. No more long term incentive plan for managers and lower. It feels like they’ve been figuring out things as they go since the acquisition by GTCR. Low opportunity for advancement.
