Pros

The program taught by Stretchlab I firmly stand behind as actually benefiting clients. Nothing else positive.

Cons

Not one other redeeming quality. You are incredibly overworked, required to work 6 days a week and don’t get paid for any hours over 40. Grossly underpaid. Barely any benefits. Franchise owners don’t know how to run a business, don’t care about their employees and only focus on taking as much money as possible from customers. For a health and wellness business, they don’t actually care about the health and wellness of their employees. Regional managers were money hungry, ego driven, domineering, micromanaging, and soulless. In the almost year j was there, the district went through over 25 managers from either quitting or being fired. If you do well one month but the next month you don’t, they write you off and start looking for your replacement. They will also bully you into quitting or rage bait you into speaking your mind and then use that against you to fire you.

Pros

Being able to help others and work on your skill, relationships built in the studio, flexible scheduling.

Cons

High turn over because pay structure is terrible. Flexologist should be paid more with a legitimate salary. Pay varies strictly off the member you are working with.
