Pros

Helping people with their ROM and quality of life was very rewarding.

Cons

They lock you into a year of employment before your training is fully paid for. Extremely high staff turnover even with that. Benefits, breaks, and any perks were stripped away to give the owners a bigger cut. I question the legality of their actions. Pay increases were a joke or non-existent. It was a part time position that the owners wanted you to treat as a full time job with no respect to available hours. I was told by management, from the owners, that if I wanted to take 3 weeks off for my wedding and honeymoon, that my job was not secure when I got back. I informed management of this when I was hired about a year prior. They gave me that news a few months before I got married. These particular owners say they care about the people there but they don’t.

Pros

Being able to help others and work on your skill, relationships built in the studio, flexible scheduling.

Cons

High turn over because pay structure is terrible. Flexologist should be paid more with a legitimate salary. Pay varies strictly off the member you are working with.
