Pros
This company has few pros other than well kept facilities. The perks they list in thier employment ads are mainly bait for prospective employees and eyewash for the general public. Your most valuable asset needs to be an aptitude for office politics.
Cons
The cons are many and varied, but can mostly be traced to upper management. They place little or no value on tenure or technical knowledge of the products they sell. Any position that does not require a degree or physical labor is viewed as "a hobby job"and therefore not deserving of respect or competative pay. Commission for the sales force is dismally low compared to other sales jobs and thier method of calculating it is a well guarded secret. I would consider working there only as a stop-gap until more realistic employment is offered elsewhere. Once they've gotten their training investment out of you, you become a target for termination. Also, gray hair is definately not an asset here.
