Pros
I joined the company straight out of college and moved to a completely different state. I was greeted warmly with open arms and felt part of the "Family" straight away which was great. They've provided me with all the essentials I would need to be a contributing member of the team. Swineron knows that life isn't always about working. While at the company I've participated in multiple activities with colleagues such as community service events, team bonding events, and after work festivities. I've loved the company so much now that I've encourage multiple friends to look at career choices with Swinvrton. Swinerton or at least my division has always been transparent and that is always beneficial. Upper management support is also great.
Cons
The only two cons that I've seen is just a lack in communication to other project teams and the poor process of getting reimbursed for items (it's just a very complicated and long process).
